Former Manchester United winger, Nani, has announced contract termination with current team, Yukatel Adana Demirspor.
The Portuguese star, Luís Carlos Almeida da Cunha ComM, popularly known as Nani, made the announcement on Monday, May 13, on his social media handle.
Once projected to be perfect replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who left the Red Devils for a contract with Real Madrid, Nani could not sustain the pressure to fit into the Ronaldo shoe at Manchester United.
The 37 years old player, UEFA Champions League winner with the Red Devils in 2008 wrote, “I would like to announce that I have amicably terminated my contract with Adana Demirspor Kulubu with immediate effect. I would like to thank the fans for all their support.”

Nani for the Turkey-based Adana Demirspor Kulubu in July 2023 on a one-year deal, with an option to extend the contract.
With a record of four goals and three assists, Nani will be leaving the Turkey-based club in the 11th position with two games to end the season.
On his next move, the FIFA Club World Cup winner said, “I will now consider the next steps to take in my playing career.”
In response, Yukatel Adana Demirspor wished Nani success on its x handle.
