Speed Darlington, Nigerian singer, has been arrested. According to NEWSFLASH report the Human rights lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, confirmed the musician’s arrest in a post via his Facebook page.
He said the Nigerian police arrested Darlington in Owerri, Imo State, on his return to Nigeria for a show.
However, the reasons for Speed Darlington’s arrest remain unclear.
Adeyanju wrote, “Our client Speed Darlington a.k.a AKPI has been arrested by the Nigerian police in Owerri at his show upon return to Nigeria.”
Recall that the Nigerian police detained Darlington over the alleged cyberstalking of his colleague, Damini Ogulu, more commonly known as Burna Boy.
