Liverpool stars, Salah and Diaz have described their days under Jürgen Klopp, as the best experience of their playing lives.
Coach Jürgen Klopp, who joined Liverpool, ended his 9 years stay in English Premier League at the end of the 202302024 season.
In an emotional message from Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz, Klopp brought greatness into their lives as players.
Salah, former African Best Player, under Klopp, said it was great to share experiences and trophies with the German-born coach.

The Egyptian striker, who remains one of the most beneficiaries of Klopp’s better days as Liverpool’s manager said, “It was great sharing all those trophies and experiences with you over the past 7 years.”
In a farewell message on Monday, May 20, Salah wished Klopp best of luck. “I wish you the best of luck for the future and hope we meet again,” he said.
Luiz Fernando Diaz in his farewell message on Monday said words would not be enough to describe how special Klopp was to him. Adding that he owe him a lot, Diaz said he would not forget his encounter with Jurgen.
“No one will ever be able to define all of Jurgen Klopp’s greatness in a text. It is too special to be understood through words alone. I owe him a lot and I’ll never forget him. I want to thank you for everything you did for me and say that I wish you all the best in the future,” Luis Diaz wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) handle.
As Klopp bowed out of Liverpool’s managerial position at the end of the 2023/2024 season, Liverpool management on Monday, May 20, announced Arne Slot as the new head coach.
The statement said Arne would formerly take his position on June 1, subject to work permit. “We can announce Arne Slot has agreed a deal to become the club’s new head coach, formally taking up the position on June 1, 2024, subject to a work permit,” the statement read in part.
Recruited in October 2015, Klopp as Liverpool coach won one Premier League, one Champions League, an FA Cup, two EFL Cups, Community Shield, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
