Kenneth Okonkwo, has disclosed that the former Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Bola Tinubu, Ajuri Ngelale, was sacked because of the people of Ndigbo.

The former spokesman of the Obi/Datti campaign organization, Kenneth Okonkwo, said this in reaction to the sack of Ajuri from th Presidency.

Although, Ajuri, on his Facebook handle, said his resignation from his role as chief spokesman of President Tinubu was to tend of his nuclear family’s health issue.

Naija News, however, reported that Ajuri was a victim of battle in the Presidency between him and the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

On his X handle, on Saturday, Okonkwo, stated that Ajuri failed in his expected responsibility to publicly lie against the people of the South East, Ndigbo.

“I knew Ajuri Ngelale would not last up to two years in office as a spokesperson for Tinubu. ‘Can two work together except they be agreed?’ He left, not only because of pressing medical issues affecting his immediate family, but because of terminal medical issues affecting his job.

“Ajuri must learn in the future that to be qualified to work for a Tinubu, he must learn to publicly lie at all times and be bold enough to declare that Igbos are aliens in the Niger Delta,” Okonkwo said.
